A few things we get asked.
How long does a commission take?
From first sketch to delivery, most commissions take four to six weeks. Complex pieces with hard-to-source stones may take longer, we'll tell you up front.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship insured, tracked, and duty-paid to over forty countries. Delivery usually takes three to seven business days after the piece is finished.
Can I visit the atelier?
Absolutely. We host visits by appointment, Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 18:00. Book through this page or email us directly.
Do you resize or repair pieces?
Yes, and all servicing is complimentary for pieces made by us. We can also service pieces made by others, at cost.
